With more than 30 years of experience, the company demonstrates its commitment to quality and environmental protection on a daily basis. In line with the directives of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco, Partner’s Service ensures a responsible and high-level service.

Founded in 1991, Partner’s Service quickly became a leader in the cleaning sector in Monaco, thanks to its in-depth knowledge of the territory, its professionalism, and its strong eco-responsible commitment. This approach is strengthened by a team of professionals, the majority of whom have been loyal to the company for over 10 years.

A pioneer in its field, Partner’s Service was the first company in Monaco to obtain ISO 9001 certification in 2002, following a major investment in two years of intensive training for its employees, which began in 2000, and an audit conducted by Bureau Veritas. This certification attests to an efficient management system compliant with international standards, marking a key milestone in its commitment to excellence.

Partner’s Service also obtained ISO 14001 certification in 2014, further strengthening its environmental commitment. Since then, the ISO 14001 standard has been maintained through regular internal audits and annual external audits carried out by a certification body, as well as a renewal audit every three years. This process ensures the planning of actions, their implementation, the verification of results, and continuous improvement.

The ecological transition process is not static; it requires constant adaptation to new scientific discoveries and regulatory developments. Partner’s Service is therefore committed to staying informed about advances in environmental management and to adjusting its methods accordingly.

Partner's Service obtained ISO 14001 certification in June 2014, which attests to its commitment to a process of continuous improvement in its environmental performance. We obtained ISO 14001 version 2015 certification on 12 July.
